This policy applies to the 逗号简历 website, accounts, resume projects, job materials, AI conversations, interview practice, headshots, paid benefits, exports, and related support and operations. Third-party sites, payment providers, and external services have their own policies.

• Account and identity information: email, WeChat sign-in identifier, display information, language, time zone, session state, and account security records.
• Resume and job-search material: name, contact details, education and work history, skills, projects, target roles, job descriptions, imported files, attachments, templates, and formatting choices.
• Photos and creative content: uploaded portraits or selfies, selected outfit and background templates, generated results, and necessary processing parameters.
• AI and interaction information: prompts, conversation context, suggestions, review or application results, interview answers, workflow state, and product feedback.
• Transaction and entitlement information: item, amount, currency, order status, membership period, credits, and download allowances. Payment providers process complete payment-account details; we do not directly store them.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, cookies, access time, feature actions, error logs, performance measurements, and security events.
• Communication information: account email, issue descriptions, and attachments sent through support or feedback channels.

Unless we separately explain the use and obtain any required permission, we do not actively use private resumes, conversations, or photos to train public general-purpose AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or synthetic and should be reviewed before external use.

We provide limited information to service providers bound by confidentiality and security duties only where needed for cloud hosting and storage, models and image processing, email, analytics, payments, support, and security. We use contracts or similar controls to define processing purpose, method, scope, and safeguards and supervise processing as required.

• With your prior consent or authorization, or when you initiate sharing, navigation, or connection to a third-party service, we provide the information needed for your chosen action.
• Payment pages and third-party links are independently operated. Review their privacy policies as well.
• Information may transfer with the relevant business in a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer, subject to applicable law and existing commitments.
• We may lawfully disclose necessary information to meet legal duties, protect users or platform security, or address valid rights claims.
• We do not sell resumes, photos, or personal information.

Resume projects and edit records generally remain until you delete the project or account. Order, payment, refund, security, and audit records are kept as required by applicable law and dispute needs.

Export requests process the current resume to generate a file; downloaded copies are then controlled by your device and browser. After deletion, information required for backup recovery, security, incomplete orders, disputes, or legal duties is restricted and deleted or anonymized when the retention purpose ends.

We use essential cookies for sign-in, language, theme, and security and may use analytics technologies to understand page and feature performance. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

We use access controls, protected transmission, least privilege, backups, and necessary logging to reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security. Providers may process information outside your region. Where processing crosses borders, we use measures required by applicable law.

• Withdraw consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may prevent the related feature from continuing.
• Close your account, unsubscribe from marketing, or request an explanation, object, or complain about personal-information processing.
• To protect accounts and resume data, we may verify your identity before completing a request.

Children under 14 should use the service only with permission and guidance from a parent or other guardian. A guardian who discovers an unauthorized submission can contact us for help.
