1. Services and agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and 郸城县知简人工智能应用软件有限责任公司, the company that operates and provides 逗号简历.
逗号简历 provides online resume creation, import, editing, preview, download and sharing; templates; resume optimization, review, translation and management; job matching, ATS analysis, AI assistance, interview practice, job-search preparation, headshots, file export, and other features shown on relevant pages. Features, prices, allowances, formats, and availability are described on those pages.
By creating an account, signing in, submitting material, checking an acceptance box, paying, or using a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and applicable page rules.
We handle personal information submitted or generated through the service as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy and these terms together govern your use of 逗号简历.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have the legal capacity appropriate for the services you use. Minors must use the service with permission and guidance from a parent or guardian.
- Provide your own truthful, accurate, complete, current, and lawful WeChat sign-in information, email, phone number, or other information requested during registration or sign-in, and update it when it changes.
- Your account is for your use only. Do not share, rent, lend, or allow another person to operate it. Activity under your account is generally treated as authorized by you, and disputes caused by account sharing are the responsibility of the relevant parties.
- Protect your credentials and take responsibility for account activity. We may perform necessary account and security checks but do not unconditionally guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of submitted material.
- Tell us promptly if an account is compromised, credentials are exposed, or you discover other unauthorized use.
- Do not mass-register, buy, sell, or transfer accounts or bypass plan, credit, download, or access limits.
3. Your content and permission
You retain rights you lawfully hold in resumes, job materials, photos, attachments, and other submissions. To provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, parse, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to deliver services, maintain security, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
- You must have the right to submit the material and any permission required for third-party personal information, works, or confidential material it contains.
- Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, malicious code, trade secrets you cannot disclose, or sensitive information unrelated to the job-search task.
- You are responsible for the facts, statements, attachments, and external submissions in your final resume and job materials.
4. AI content and job outcomes
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, similar to other output, or unsupported by evidence. Before use, check names, contact details, dates, experience, metrics, skills, job keywords, and formatting.
AI provides writing, analysis, and practice assistance. It does not replace your judgment or represent an employer, school, or other third party. We do not guarantee ATS passage, interviews, offers, higher compensation, or any hiring outcome.
Do not present invented, exaggerated, or unconfirmed experience, qualifications, or metrics as fact, and do not use the service to impersonate another person, commit recruitment fraud, or violate third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service or attempt to bypass authentication, security, rate, or access controls.
- Do not scrape templates, pages, user content, or service output at scale without permission or abuse the service through automation.
- Do not create or distribute content that threatens national security, reveals state secrets, disrupts public order, incites hatred or discrimination, promotes cults or superstition, spreads rumors, contains pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism or criminal instruction, or is otherwise prohibited by law.
- Do not distribute malicious or infringing content or use the service to harass, insult, or defame others or violate privacy, reputation, intellectual property, or personal information rights.
- Do not resell, rent, or use the service to train or copy a competing product unless you have written permission.
6. Paid services, credits, and delivery
- Prices, currency, plan duration, AI credits, resume limits, download allowances, and deliverables are shown on the purchase and checkout pages.
- Time-limited memberships such as day, week, and month passes are one-time purchases for the displayed period and do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
- AI credits may be held, settled, or returned when relevant features start or finish as described on the page. Bonus credits, promotions, and campaign benefits may be limited by time, account, and campaign rules.
- The current checkout uses WeChat Pay. If other valid payment methods are added, the checkout page will identify them, and the relevant payment-provider rules will also apply.
- Memberships, credits, and other digital benefits are usually activated immediately after payment. Once benefits are activated, credits consumed, or a service delivered, refunds or prorated unused periods are generally unavailable unless purchase disclosures, an abnormal order, non-delivery, a clear technical failure, or applicable law requires otherwise.
- Prices, promotions, and service scope may change with the product, costs, or market conditions. A change does not retroactively alter a completed order; the checkout terms displayed for a later purchase apply to that purchase.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
Website software, source code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, interface and visual design, brands, trademarks, logos, templates, explanatory text, and underlying technology belong to 逗号简历 or its licensors. Except as needed for ordinary service use, you may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, sell, transfer, license, or use them to create a competing service without written permission.
We may use voluntary product feedback to improve the service. Feedback does not give us additional rights to your private resumes, photos, or unpublished content.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services for maintenance, upgrades, security, provider changes, regulatory requirements, or product updates, with notice where reasonably practical. False or unlawful account material, unauthorized commercial use, or serious or repeated violations of law, these terms, third-party rights, or platform security rules may result in feature restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or termination.
Payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions intended to survive remain effective after termination.
9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Services are provided as is and as available. Maintenance, networks, model providers, browser limits, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt service. Keep copies of important content and downloaded files.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, employer decisions, or consequences of unreviewed AI content. Our aggregate liability for a claim directly related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that service. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited is unaffected.
Users bear all consequences arising from their use of the service, and the platform assumes no liability.
10. Updates, governing law, and disputes
We may update these terms when products or laws change and will communicate material changes through a page notice, product message, email, or another reasonable method. Continuing to use the service after an update means accepting the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Contact 3656638066@qq.com to resolve a dispute with 郸城县知简人工智能应用软件有限责任公司 informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction where the company is registered, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
